- Where are you located? I'm in Houston, Texas, USA
- How long does it take to ship to Australia or New Zealand? Shipping to Australia and New Zealand generally takes between two and two and a half weeks. In rare cases, it can take three weeks. I generally ship items the same or next business day after an order is placed.
- Do you take custom orders? Absolutely! Please allow me two weeks to create something custom for you. During the process, I will send you a sketch and/or pictures of materials and ideas for you to collaborate with me on designing your perfect piece.
