Refund policy

Returns are only available under the condition where the wrong item has been delivered. For any return, contact with Kimberly Clair Millinery must be made within 24 hours of receiving product and each order will be assessed on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of the business to deem if a refund will be provided. All postage costs will be paid by the customer and items must be returned in saleable, unworn condition before a refund can be authorized. Please note that makeup, hair products, etc found on the item will void a return.
